Lead Brand Management (m/w/d)
An old VW bus, a few euros in your pocket, and a desire for independence. That's all you need to get started.
Because every degree comes to an end at some point, Mirco and Lorenz asked themselves the big question in 2002: What is the meaning of life? The answer: Go where you feel most at home—to your favorite café, your local bar, or straight to the beach. A cola was needed – as a cultural asset, not a mass-produced commodity. No sooner said than done, the recipe was developed – not too sweet, but with lots and lots of caffeine to keep you going through the night. Added to this were black-and-white printed faces on beer bottles, with a name as Hanseatic and honest as their cosmopolitan homeland. Allow us to introduce fritz.
Today we are a little bigger, with spritzers and lemonades added to the range, but the glass bottles are small and the contents have remained natural. The journey continues. To all those who go through life awake. Because the world belongs to those who are awake.
We are looking for you to join our headquarters in Hamburg as soon as possible as Lead Brand Management (m/w/d).
- Shaping the fizz behind our hero brand fritz-kola and all sub-brands worldwide, with a sharp feel for consumers, markets and competitors. The goal: setting the scene for our teams to boost brand awareness globally, with a strong focus on Europe.
- Keeping the overall brand positioning fresh, relevant and true to the fritz spirit.
- Regularly reviewing and translating brand positioning into strategic communication guidelines that help local teams turn strategy into action.
- Leading the 3-person in-house creative hub for graphic executions, product label design updates and traffic management.
- Owning global brand protection: From new country registrations to collision reports in close collaboration with our company lawyers and founders to keep the brand strong and uncompromised.
- Providing strategic brand and design input for innovation projects in collaboration with the portfolio manager and operations team.
- Developing global guidelines, toolkits, brand books, and lifestyle assets that empower country teams to tell the fritz story consistently and creatively.
- Plan and executing generic product images, videos, lifestyle shoots and other assets in German and English for global use.
- Possible creation of annual global campaign incl. agency management, briefing- and toolbox creation in German and English.
- Acting as internal brand guardian and ambassador inspiring teams, ensuring consistency and keeping the fritz DNA alive across all touchpoints.
- Using market research and data to shape clear, actionable brand strategies that move the brand forward with focus and purpose.
- A degree in business, communication or a comparable field that helps you understand brands, people and markets.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in brand marketing within an FMCG company, ideally in an international or global setup where things move fast.
- A sharp mind for data: turning numbers and insights into clear, actionable strategies that actually work.
- Consumer focused thinking paired with a solid grasp of 360° marketing and communication activations that get noticed.
- Proven experience in strategic marketing and brand building.
- An international mindset and proven experience working across countries and cultures collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- Presentation skills that inspire whether it’s for the boardroom, a creative pitch or a new market rollout.
- Strong creative and project management skills knowing how to push bold ideas forward while keeping timelines and quality in check.
- A ton of motivation and energy to thrive in a dynamic company that’s growing fast and never stands still.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Creative: You think innovatively and challenge the status quo to develop bold brand strategies and impactful campaigns that strengthen our global market presence.
- Entrepreneurial: You combine strategic vision with hands-on execution, taking ownership of budgets, performance metrics and growth opportunities to elevate our brand on a global scale.
- Brave: You make courageous decisions and take calculated risks to push boundaries, drive transformation and ensure our brand stays ahead in a fast-changing environment.
- Work-life balance through flexible working hours and a hybrid working model.
- Good accessibility: Our modern office is centrally located and can be easily reached from all directions.
- Fair salary model: Where you start in this position does not depend on your gender or negotiation skills, but on your previous relevant professional experience.
- More fairness: Christmas and vacation bonuses, variable annual bonus, monthly sports allowance, fully financed DeutschlandTicket, baby bonus, wedding bonus, JobRad, lots and lots of fritz for free, fritz clothing and much more.
- Sensational onboarding and unforgettable fritz moments at our fritz-sausen and team events.
- A job with purpose: Replace plastic with glass and stand up for what’s good.
- Shared growth: We offer you an environment that you can actively shape. With us, you can combine flexibility, personal responsibility, and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Further, always further – the development of our fritzen is important to us! That’s why you’ll go through high-class training in our talent forge and can also further expand your skills independently with our e-learning tool, the Wachwelt.
