Your role:
- Together with your team you develop and implement the Culture & People strategy fitting to fritz and its ambitious growth and organizational development. Thereby you ensure that this strategy is aligned with and supported by the leadership team and main stakeholders and is in line with the overall strategy.
- You are the inspiring leader for your team - you manage on eye-level and develop the team and individual talent. You lead a team of >14 headcounts, thereof 5 direct reports.
- Together with your team you actively shape the fritz-culture: you ensure that the values not only exist on paper but are lived out in the daily actions of all fritzees.
- You have the overall responsibility for the topics within the team incl. daily HR core business, employer branding, payroll, fleet, training & development.
- You are accountable for the C&P KPI´s and work effectively with all stakeholders through active engagement, transparent communication and consistent execution of the strategy.
Your skillset:
- You are an experienced manager with an academic background, preferably in HR-relevant subjects (HR, psychology) and a solid track record in leading Culture & People roles (both operationally as well as strategically) ideally in an international dynamic, fastmoving environment.
- Cultural fit is just as important as skills and experience. If you will feel comfortable in a rather informal, non-hierarchical environment, have a strong sense of responsibility and creative drive and share the company's values, especially regarding sustainability and a healthy company culture, always thinking long-term instead of optimizing only for the short term, then you are the one!
- You have an entrepreneurial thinking, can-do attitude and growth mindset – Great –this is as equally important as empathy, team spirit, talent development and empowerment.
- You work fact-based, feel at home in analytics, represent your own opinion (towards the management team as well as towards all stakeholders) and make clear forward-looking decisions, whilst inspiring and engaging people.
- You love to brainstorm new ideas and execute them - to make fritz-kola just this little bit more special – and the fritzees as part of a community where they live up to their full potential.
- You feel at home communicating both in English and in German. Even if we strive for Europe, and we are growing, our business is still (at least short-term) mainly Germany-driven.
- You are located or willing to be based in Hamburg – with the possibility to work from home one-two days a week.
