For the night from Thursday to Sunday.
An old van, a few euros in your pocket and a desire for independence. That's all it takes to get started.
Because every university programme comes to an end at some point, Mirco and Lorenz asked themselves the big question in 2002: Where to go with the meaning of life? The answer: Where they like to be themselves - in their favourite café, their favourite bar or directly on the beach. A kola was needed - as a cultural asset, not as a mass-produced commodity. No sooner said than done, the recipe was developed - not too sweet, but with plenty of caffeine to be able to take a lot of the night with you. Plus black and white faces printed on beer bottles, with a name as honestly hanseatic as the cosmopolitan hometown. Allow me, fritz.
Today we are a little bigger, spritzers and lemonades have been added, the glass bottles are small and the contents have of course remained the same. The journey continues. To all those who go through life awake. Because the world belongs to the awake.

What will you do?
- You’ll take ownership of the SAP MM module in our modern S/4HANA landscape.
- As an SAP pro, you’re the go-to person for our Procurement and Supply Chain teams—from the first “How do we do this?” to full implementation.
- You’ll manage and prioritize change requests, deciding what we handle in-house and where to bring in our service providers.
- You’ll handle second-level support, making sure incidents and service requests are resolved quickly and smoothly.
- You’ll help our key users level up—whether through punchy trainings, clear documentation, or just being a helpful hand in the day-to-day.
- You’ll roll up your sleeves for SAP projects and take the lead in your area—whether it’s international rollouts or process optimization.
- You’ll help drive fritz-kola’s international growth by supporting and implementing rollouts in new markets.
- You’ll ensure smooth-running interfaces with our bottling partners and integrate new ones quickly and cleanly into the system.
- In short: you’ll help keep our SAP processes flexible and scalable—hands-on, solution-oriented, and always with a great team at your side.
What should you bring?
- You’ve got experience with SAP MM—ideally already with S/4HANA, but classic SAP ERP works too.
- “Purchase to Pay” isn’t just a buzzword to you—you know the IT process challenges in a complex supply chain.
- You’re someone who acts pragmatically rather than chasing perfection. Fast and solid solutions are your thing.
- A degree or relevant training is great—but what really counts is your hands-on SAP experience and enthusiasm.
- You thrive in a dynamic environment with flat hierarchies—flexibility and pragmatism are in your DNA.
- Some knowledge—or at least curiosity—about interface technologies (like SAP BTP, IDocs) would be awesome. What matters most is your willingness to dive in.
- Entrepreneurial: You take initiative and push projects forward with a hands-on mindset.
- Community: You love connecting people and teams, think across departments, and feel at home in interface roles. That’s how you build real team spirit and shared success.
- Independent: You work autonomously, make clear decisions, and take full responsibility for your topics.
- Location is Hamburg and a close proximity is essential as we get together at the office three times a week.
- You must be eligible and have a standing working permit for Germany.
