Head of Trade Marketing (m/f/d)

What you'll be doing

  • Analysing and processing market figures and deriving strategies and measures for our business partners and sales channels
  • Analysing market data and trends at business partners and deriving brand activities at the POS
  • Providing strategic advice to the sales and marketing teams with a focus on activation in the catering, retail and B2B sectors for business partners
  • Development of category management concepts as well as product range and placement recommendations
  • Training on category, activation and measures
  • Coordination and management in the development of advertising materials in collaboration with sales force and marketing
  • Conception and coordination of brand-building and sales-activating realisations
  • Further development of category knowledge and analyses of market figures and trends, e.g. for sell-in documents
  • Identifying consumer and shopper trends and integrating them into the corporate strategy
  • Managing, coaching and developing a team
  • Management of trade marketing and shopper agencies
    Exchange and best practice exchange with other FMCG companies

 

Your profile:

  • Degree (business administration or other economic sciences)
  • Several years of practical experience in shopper & customer or trade marketing in the consumer goods industry, ideally in the food and beverage sector
  • Expertise in leading and coaching teams
  • Experience in sales roles: e.g. key account, category management experience is an absolute advantage
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English and German
  • Project management and presentation skills
  • Very strong affinity for numbers and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Creativity, problem and conflict resolution skills as well as a structured way of working and organisational talent
  • Initiative, courage to change, strong self-motivation and a confident demeanour
  • Success-, result- and customer-orientation
